Michael Strong, Consultant
Michael Strong is a human services professional who is committed to helping people who are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, the homeless and veterans. Michael has experience as a homeless systems administrator, intake coordinator, life skills instructor, veteran’s volunteer and most importantly a sponsor, Michael’s remarkable life experiences have prepared him to enlighten, teach and show others how the battles they fight can be overcome.
In every day of life, we are faced with many challenges. Many of them develop into stumbling blocks and often become the catalyst for realizing we are powerless over most things. Through acceptance of my life, I have had to acknowledge every setback, disappointment and failure so I may develop a sincere passion to serve others.
In doing my part to motivate others towards personal development, spiritual healing and achieving healthy balanced living, I have discovered the true value of an emerging perspective. Although we cannot forget the past and all its ills, we can overcome the damage by exploring our limitations and allowing them to coexist with the internal gifts we possess. My life is driven by purpose and with that purpose, I encourage others to forgive, learn from it, stand firm and move on.
Michael holds a degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Addictions Counselor and Cisco Systems Network Administrator.
